Watercress tea sandwiches

White or rye bread
Butter
Watercress leaves

Butter slices of bread lightly. Cover slice with leaves of watercress (to taste). Top with another slice of buttered bread. Remove crust from each sandwich and cut into desired shapes. Garnish your plate with remaining watercress.
